How-to (2)

Hey Guys!Today we are doing our second "How-to" And im really excited for it!Lets get started



How to fall asleep 

1.Avoid keeping computers,phones and digitals

2.Chill for a bit before bedtime.Read a book

3.Eat dinner earlly

4.Sort out any promblems or worries before goingto bed instead of worrying about when in bed 

5.Take a warm shower before you go to bed

6.Drink a relaxing beverage

7.Put on eye mask

8.Get comfortable

9.Turn on "Sounds o nature"

10.Make up stories in your mind or think of happy memmories.

Thats it!This is for the people who cant sleep. C:
