3.Please No Spamming.
4.Please Do Not Ask For Money,Clothes,Items,Etc.
5.Do Not Advertise Your Blog,Webpage,Hacks,Scams,Spams,Etc.
6.Do Not Spread Rumors Or Gossip About Other People
7.Do Not Tease,Bully, or Call People Names

Penalty:
Strike 1: You Are Banned/Kicked Off, From Chat For 1 Week
Strike 2: You Are Banned/ Kicked Off,From Chat for 1 Month
Strike 2:You Are Banned Permanently,Reported On Woozworld,Excluded From Headline Activities,Contests,and Events.


Blog Rules:
1.Do Not Copy Material,Photos,Posts,Etc From Headline, Plagiarizing is Illegal  
2.Do Not Leave Rude Comments On Posts,All Comments Are Moderated And Published If Appropriate.
3.Do Not Try And Hack The Blog,We Have DMCA Protection,Plus Google Tracks You IP Address So We Can Find You :)
4.Do Not Give Out Any Personal Information,Due To A Major Amount Of Creeps Out In The World.
5.Treat All Bloggers And Viewers With Respect!

Penalty:
Strike 1:Reported On Woozworld A Numerous Amount Of Times :)
 Strike 2:Possibly Reported To The Police (My Dad) If It Gets Major,Super,Duper Serious (Like Cyber Bullying,Threats,Etc.
 Strike 3:We Will Take Serious Action :)


Rules For Bloggers:
1.When Initiated Into Woozworld Headline You Must Take An Oath To Post as Much As You Can,And Do As Much As You Can To Support The Blog And Make It Awesome.
2.Posts Must Be A 8-10 Or More Sentences Long With a Picture Or Sign Off If Necessary 
3.Try To Cover As Much Woozworld News As Possible
4.Treat All Fellow Blog Members/Viewers With Respect.
Try To Post At least 3 Times A Week, And Get The Rest Of The Week Off If You Want, I Will Check Blog Posts Daily To See Who's Been Blogging
5.Do Not Make Stupid Pointless Posts With Like 1-3 Sentences -.-

Penalty:
Strike 1: A Second Chance To Make It Up
Strike 2: A Warning From Yours Truly (-Arabella)
Strike 3: You Are Permanently Kicked Off The Blog,
*You Can Sign Up Again But You Will Be On Trial


Trial Rules:
1.You Must Post For The Whole Week (3 Days)
2.You Cannot Post Pointless Posts
3.Do Not Blog About Something Someone Else Has Blogged About

Penalty:
1.You Don't Pass Trial. :)
2.You Have To Redo The Trial But Instead Of 7 Days, You Get 12!
*If You Want To Pause Trial You Can Only Do Two Days So Choose Them Wisely

1.When You Sign Up For Headline Please Check Your Inbox And Spam Mail For The Reply
2.If You Don't Get A Reply Within A WEEK Then You Weren't Accepted
3.If You Get Accepted Then Don't Blog Within 4 Days, Your Permission And Trial Will Expire.
