clothing glitch?!

Washup! TL here to waste a few minutes of your life ;) So I was trying to put on a dress so my friend can buy off me but then...I couldn't! I tried again and again but it only flicks on and goes away. Also when i tried coloring my stuff it said i wasn't able to! This went on for a couple seconds and the it stopped. Then woozworld decides to lag -.- ... MAD ANNOYING! Well that's all Headliners! Cya!
